I still remember Victor Kamber offering me praise when I was a young intern in his firm, going through graduate school at American University. He stopped by to let me know that my supervisor was "singing your praises." The visit meant so much to me then. I wrote a note to him years later, recommending a painting to the firm, and Victor took the time to write back. I am so glad I worked for The Kamber Group.

I'm just learning of Victor's passing to the other side and it greatly saddens me. I worked for Victor at TKG as the Accounting Supervisor from 1989 - 1991 having moved from Texas to DC after falling in love with the area while visiting a few years before with one of my cousins. Victor was one of the kindest people I've ever met! I'm so very grateful for the opportunity to have worked for such an esteemed man and company. His family and friends are in my thoughts and prayers for comfort, living now without his physical presence. I know he will be greatly missed by many people! Thank you, Victor, for the kindness you always showed me - you will always have a special place in my heart!

“Cousin” Vic & I grew up together in Chicago. We enjoyed summers & weekends together. He always made me laugh & smile no matter the situation. We were actually not cousins but both being Assyrian that’s what we called everyone. I will miss you “cousin” & I will continue smiling when I think of you. RIP.
