VICTOR SMIGEL  
On Sunday, July 16, 2017, VICTOR SMIGEL of Montgomery Village, MD. Beloved husband of Rebecca Lee Smigel; devoted father of Bonnie (Greg) Derin, Lizzie (Joe) Fallert, Abigail (Jonah) Mullens and Sarah (Noah) Theran; loving grandfather of Matthew (Celia), David (Sarit) and Olivia Derin, Rachel and Ben Fallert, Ziggy and Magnolia Mullens, and Yael Theran, with one on the way; and dear brother of Marcel (Ines) Smigel. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, July 19, 2017, 11a.m., at Kol Shalom, 9110 Darnestown Rd., Rockville, MD. Interment following at Judean Memorial Gardens, Olney, MD. Shiva will be observed at the late residence (with the exception of Shabbat, but will resume on Saturday evening). Memorial contributions may be made to the Lewy Body Dementia Association or to The Leukemia And Lymphoma Society. Arrangements entrusted to TORCHINSKY HEBREW FUNERAL HOME, 202-541-1001.
