To the Palumbo family,

Having known Vince since my days at Georgetown dental school, I always enjoyed his company. I looked up to him as an oral surgeon and felt comfortable recommending my patients to him because he was professional and honest.

I am sorry for your loss and will keep your family in my prayers.
