On Friday, April 20,2007, beloved husband of the late Martha M. Bailey; loving father of Elizabeth Bailey Donaldson, Sara Anne Stacy, Wallace K. Bailey, Jr. and Doris M. Bailey; brother of Sarah Coulter; grandfather of Robert L. Donaldson, III, Russell A. Stacy and Clark B. Stacy. Memorial service will be held at BORGWARDT FUNERAL HOME, 4400 Powder Mill Rd., Beltsville, MD on Thursday, April 26 at 11 a.m. Interment private. Memorial contributions may be made to Beltsville Elementary School-Library, 4300 Wicomico Ave., Beltsville, MD 20705.
