WALTER GAITHER McDOUGAL, JR.
On Friday, March 29, 2013 of Bowie, MD, Walter Gaither McDougal, Jr. went home to be with Lord. Loving husband of Lisa Butler McDougal; devoted father of Walter, III, Josef and Justus McDougal; beloved son of Barbara McDougal and the late Walter McDougal, Sr.; dear brother of Glenda and Brian McDougal and Dawn Brown. He is also survived by a host and other relatives and friends. Friends may unite with the family on Saturday, April 6, from 9 a.m. until time of funeral service 11 a.m. at Refreshing Spring Church of God In Christ 6200 Riverdale Road in Riverdale, MD. I am saddened by the passing of Walter, it was always a joy to go into the mail room at FEMA HQ and be greeted by he and his professional staff. As an off site customer that travels frequently my mail pilled up...Walter would Say "Aww dont worry about it Mrs Stephens, we got you". He was so very proud of the choir he sang in and he made sure we all knew when the choir was going to be on TV. He will be greatly missed, my family and I will keep your family in prayer.
