Waltine Peggy Cooper Wills (Age 89)
Waltine Peggy Cooper Wills passed peacefully in her home on Tuesday, August 15, 2023. Beloved wife of James Willard Wills, M.D. (deceased) and mother of Phyllis Wills Barts, John H. Wills, M.D., and James Cecil Wills (Toni). She is also survived by her two sisters, four grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, caregivers, and friends. On Friday, August 25, 2023, at 10 a.m. at St. Matthias Catholic Church, 9475 Annapolis Road, Lanham, MD, there will be an Ivy Beyond the Wall Ceremony by Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated. Visitation will follow from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. with Mass of Christian Burial at 12:30 p.m. Interment will be held on Tuesday, August 29, 2023, 11 a.m., at St. Peter's Catholic Cemetery, 3320 St. Peter's Drive, Waldorf, MD 20601. Services entrusted to Adams Funeral Home
