Tony what a wonderful blessing to have known you. We will miss your smiling face in church on Sundays. May our Heavenly Father continue to keep Lillian under the shelter and protection of His wings.

I miss you very much! Your gentle ways, and the love you shared with our family will never be forgotten!I believe my Aunt to be one the luckiest Women to have shared the Love the two of you had! It was Blessing to be a part of you.

I being a former member of the First District wish to take the time and write this note regarding the passing of William A. Carter who left us on July 30. Tony was one of those rare souls who embodied all that is good, whether it was his being an excellent member of our Department, or in being the true gentleman he always was.

Farewell and Godspeed Tony.

It was such a Blessing to fellowship with "Tony", he was a wonderful co-worker and police officer partner for many years. God Bless his wife because I know you'll miis him more than me!
