To all of the Hazel family, I'm so sorry to hear of your loss. Mr. Hazel was a leader in his industry, a pioneer of the "total site contractor" concept. I knew him over a period of 35 years, as an Inspector for Fairfax Water and as an employee. He was a demanding boss, yet he was very kind to me when I needed his support. No one who knew Bill Hazel will ever forget him. He was a giant of a man and will be greatly missed!
