Boone will always be a very intelligent, kind, athletic and friendly 12 year old boy, not having seen the Cox family since the move 8 years ago. He was always happy, which was a great reflection of his family life. I wish we would have been able to share the teenage years as a family, the way we did when our children were at St. James. X B, Kelly, and Jordan you are all in our hearts, our thoughts, and our prayers at this time. We pray that the wonderful memories of Boone will help you now and through the days ahead. Love, Paddy, Steve, Chris & Brooke Lee

My name is Rachel and I am one of the nurses that took care of X B for the last month or so at HUP. Eventhough I did not know him that long, you could tell that there was something special about him and his family. It was a pleasure to see a family support and love each other very much, even at the very end. X B faught a hard and long battle and in the end was still making me laugh with his comments. My prayers and thoughts go out to the Cox family during this time. Thank you for all that you have done.

Boone was a great guy who I feel lucky to have known. He was someone who was friends with all and touched each person's life in one way or another. He inspired some to be better. He cheered up some when they were down. I remember track and field meets and him racing his heart out. I remember Mark and Boone at track and field invitationals holding votes to see who had the best eyes. I remember in AP government with Mr. Prowell and all Boone’s intelligence. He was truly someone special to know. He lived every day with great optimism, enthusiasm, and excitement. I will miss him greatly, but he really was one of the greatest guys I have ever known.
