Dear Baldwin Family, I'm so sorry that Don Baldwin and his eldest son, Winston, have left this earth and all of you, especially I'm sorry for his wife, Jody. My deepest condolences. The eulogies at church today bidding him farewell for now on his,way to Glory to be present with our Lord, were very heart warming. I remember Don to be very welcoming and pleasant and a good conversationlist. I enjoyed meeting and talking with him at church. It was a pleasure to take part in his requiem and to say good bye to him for now until we meet again. God bless the Baldwin Family!

Ordway and I send our sincere condolences to Jody and the rest of Don´s family.
We lost touch when he moved from the DC area and we hadn´t heard from him for awhile.
He was instrumental in perpetuating the NLEC (National Law Enforcement Council) organizing luncheons with important speakers from the worlds of law, law enforcement, and criminal Justice. Ordway as President of LEAF (Law Enforcement Assistance Foundation) will be forever thankful for his assistance with NLEC. Beyond that we both considered Don to be our longtime friend. RIP dear Don.
Yours,
Ordway and Jean Burden
