Dear Baldwin Family, I'm so sorry that Don Baldwin and his eldest son, Winston, have left this earth and all of you, especially I'm sorry for his wife, Jody. My deepest condolences. The eulogies at church today bidding him farewell for now on his,way to Glory to be present with our Lord, were very heart warming. Ordway and I send our sincere condolences to Jody and the rest of Don´s family. We lost touch when he moved from the DC area and we hadn´t heard from him for awhile. He was instrumental in perpetuating the NLEC (National Law Enforcement Council) organizing luncheons with important speakers from the worlds of law, law enforcement, and criminal Justice.
