Dear Leidelmeyer boys,
Quite providentially, I learned about your Mother's death. My husband and I were in a coffee shop in Williamsburg and happened to pick up the Washington Times. There was the news about your Mom.
I was glad to have reconnected with her and to read all about the wonderful things she had done. I was sad we had lost touched with each other.
We were friends in the 70's and met through Truro. The Lord used her in a significant way as he was in the midst of healing me of a tumor behind my eye.
We moved shortly after that. She sent us off by preparing a wonderful Indonesian meal.
When I last had contact with her she was staying with a son on the West Coast. I know she had me praying for him as he had a serious illness. Because of our various moves we lost touch with each other, until yesterday.
I wanted to write you and tell you yet another story about your Mom. She was a special person in my life and I am sure in many others.
You have our condolences and prayers. I know you will miss her. It sounds as though she has left you quite a legacy.

To all the Leidelmeyer "boys", my most sincere sympathy for your loss. I remember your mom as a very gentle and soft-spoken woman, so was quite surprised to read about the life she lived in Europe. Our prayers are with you and your families.
