As host of the Cleveland based radio program Going Global with David Delgado, I had Peter on the program several times discussing EMPs and the threat therein. He was a kind and very intelligent and articulate guest who certainly helped spread the message of the threat to our national security of EMPs. I used to receive periodic updates from him which suddenly ceased and I never knew why until now. His legacy lives on as I and others like me continue to spread this message. Well done Peter. God´s blessings and may you rest in peace.

I would like the family of Dr. Pry to know he was a great influence on our family. We heeded his wise advice and we prepare for an EMP or CME with great seriousness. He will save thousands of lives, no doubt. He sacrificed for our well being. A deeply purposeful life and he will be missed. What a wonderful, decent, patriotic American. Thank you to the entire Pry family.

After working in Radio for decades I have to say one of my best interviews was with Dr. Pry. He loved this country so much. He spent his life trying to protect it and educate people and politicians as to what was to come. God bless this true patriot. RIP

I had the privilege of meeting and working with Peter, mostly by emails, while writing my latest book, "the ABCs of EMP", and his knowledge was instrumental in my being able to make this complex subject understandable. When this was finished he wrote the Foreword for the book, then later asked me to write a short chapter in his final book, "Blackout Warfare". Although I had followed his E EMP commission work and writings for years, I was very surprised when I finally met him at their log home in Virginia. Based on all his long list of publications and being constantly quoted in the news, I was expecting his office to look like that of a college professor, surrounded by bookshelves overflowing and no place to sit with reports and studies all over the floor. Instead, other than a very modest bookshelf with only a handful of books, mostly about the sea battles of the civil war, the upstairs room was very basic There was nothing on his small wooden writing desk but his faithful laptop computer. No wires, no printers, no reference materials, and the only room decoration was a large American flag hanging on the wall directly behind his desk. He will be missed!

I am saddened to learned of passing of Dr. Pry. I never met him, but we communicated by email. I admired him for his knowledge and tenacity in pursuing the quest to have the EMP threat taken more seriously. I tried to emulate his efforts at the state level in Louisiana. Hopefully someone will take up his cause nationally. May God bless Peter Pry.

My deepest sympathies to Ruth and family. I had the honor of interviewing Dr. Pry on the topic of EMP and loved how he preferred phone calls over emails and texts. It was that personal touch that made our chats so memorable. As prolific an author as he was, I know the information I may seek in the future may be found in one of his many books and articles, just not at the end of the phone line. I am truly grateful for the time he made available to me. God speed, sir.

I was very sad to hear that Dr. Pry passed away. Although I never met him, he made quite an impression on me when I was captivated by his discussion on EMPs on Mark Levin's show. It was concerning, fascinating, and informative all at once. No doubt he was a great patriot and I'm sure his important research and work will live on in those that continue it. Thank you for your hard work, Dr. Pry. May you rest in peace.

Peter was a fierce intellect. He was also a compassionate man, giving much of himself; we witnessed that in the young volunteer determined to help those less fortunate. Steadfast in the pursuit of his goals, he left a mark with his life's work. Beneath this accomplished man, was a kind and patient human being. Condolences to his family.

I have watched Mr. Pry a number of times on the Life Liberty and Levin show. I am just an average to lower income American citizen, but when I heard Peter Pry talk I knew I was listening to a great man, citizen and just plain good through and through human being. May God bless and comfort all those who had the privilege of loving and knowing him.

Peter was a college classmate, Hill colleague, and good friend. His intellect was unsurpassed, his scholarship was unparalleled, and his prolific ability to call attention to the most vexing problems decision makers were often reluctant to confront was unmatched. We both supported the work of the congressional EMP Commission and at his invitation, I was pleased to speak at the EMPact America conference in 2009. His work on the topic is required reading in my graduate course on nuclear strategy. My sincere condolences to his family. He will be missed.
