Clark Beyer Obituary
Clark A. Beyer, 45, died of a rare heart disease Jan. 15, 2015. Clark was born on April 7, 1969, at the former St. Mary's Hospital to Gerald and Carol A. (Kowalski) Beyer.
Clark attended St. Michael's School, 1987 graduate of Newman High, attended the University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee and a 1992 graduate of the University of Minnesota with degrees in biology and genetics.
Working in a cancer lab, Clark decided lab work wasn't for him and in 1994, following in the footsteps of granddad, Gust Beyer, uncle Herb Beyer and and dad, Jerry Beyer and doing masonry work since his early teen years, formed C.A. Beyer Masonry Inc. Contractors, peers, home owners and employees felt Clark had an artistic touch in his many masonry projects.
Clark married the love of his life, Eloisa Pia Silla on Nov. 27, 1995, in Minneapolis.
Survivors include, brother, Dr. Craig A Beyer, Troy, Ill.; twin nieces, Erin and Lydia Beyer, nephews, Alec and Felix Beyer, Nanci (Karpen) Beyer, all of Maryville, Ill.; godmother, Betty Nowak, Wausau; mother-in-law, Filomena Silla, sister-in-law, Concetta Silla, both of London, England; brothers-in-law, Fabio Silla, Venice, Italy; and Tomaso Silla, Minneapolis; many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends in the Wausau area; and lastly his canine companion, Stefi, riding in the pick-up while Clark looked at jobs and gave estimates.
Clark was an avid Packer fan but had divided loyalties between the Badgers and Gophers.
Burial was in Hillside Cemetery, Minneapolis, Jan. 20 2015. May our son, Clark rest in peace.

Clark, I've been looking for you in the neighborhood and just spoke to your wife. Wow, you left us too soon. I recommended you to everyone I know, and will continue to hold you in the highest esteem as an artist of high moral standing. I am proud to call you a friend and hope to see you again one day.

Clark was a long-time classmate of mine at St. Mike's and at Newman. He had a great sense of humor, and I'll miss him greatly. I join in your grief but I also celebrate his life!
