James David White

WHITE, James David, 76, a resident of the Millbrook area for over 52 years passed on Tuesday, September 23, 2025. Graveside services will be held on Sunday, September 28, 2025 at 2:00 pm from the Prattville Memory Gardens with David White officiating and Prattville Memorial directing. The family will receive friends at Prattville Memorial on Sunday from 1:30 pm until 2:00 pm. Mr. White was preceded in death by his parents, J.B. and Elizabeth White; two sisters, Ann Fluke and Catherine Sheldon. He is survived by his loving wife of 54 years, Ann Anderson White; two sons, David White (Brenda) and James D. White, Jr. (Jami); one granddaughter, Jaci Kay White; sister, Mary Odom (Rev. Ken); extended family and many friends. He was a wonderful and faithful husband, father and Papa; a Vietnam Veteran; and a retiree from Alabama Power Southern Co after 43 years of service. He loved God, family and his country. He attended East Memorial Baptist Church.
