Donald Pieper Obituary
Donald was born on June 12, 1938, to Clarence and Laura (née Kliest) Pieper. On July 13, 1963, he was united in marriage to the love of his life, Anna Borchardt. Together they shared 59 wonderful years of marriage.
A proud veteran of the United States Navy, Donald formed lasting friendships during his service to our country. He later worked for many years as a machine operator at Fiberesin. Donald was a devoted member of St. John's Lutheran Church, where he served faithfully as an elder and found deep friendships within his church family.
Donald enjoyed spending time at flea markets, tending to his garden, and watching birds.
He is survived by his beloved daughter, Kris Pieper, as well as good friends Kim Morgan and Patrick Kassens.
Donald was preceded in death by his cherished wife, Anna Pieper; his parents, Clarence and Laura; and his beloved son, Dave Pieper.
A funeral service honoring Donald's life was held on Sunday, June 15, 2025, at St. John's Lutheran Church in Ashippun, Wisconsin. Shimon Funeral Home is serving the family.
