Christian Pieper

Christian David Pieper, born March 17, 1995, in Houston, Texas, passed away at the age of 30.

Christian had a remarkably big heart and a deeply thoughtful mind. He was incredibly intelligent, often too intelligent for his own good, with a vivid imagination, a vivacious reader, and a natural talent for writing and creativity. Christian was fiercely loyal to the people he loved and was deeply protective of the women in his family. His devotion to them was something he carried with him always, even honoring them by tattooing his mother's and sisters' names on his body as a permanent reminder of that love.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Kathy and Del Ehler, and Dennis Marguet.

Christian is survived by his parents, Tina Marguet Rasch and husband Mark Rasch, and Don Pieper; his sisters, Kylie Rauschenbach and husband Ross Rauschenbach and their daughter, Heidi Rauschenbach; and his twin sister, Elyse Doran and husband Jeremy Doran; and his grandparents, Pris Piercy, Ken Pieper, and Dianne Pieper. He is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

While the family will honor Christian's life privately, we encourage sharing memories of his life. No formal services are planned at this time.

Though his family mourns his loss deeply, they take comfort in their faith. Christian is now free from the burdens of this world and has found eternal peace with the Lord.
