Marjorie E. Oswald

Cedarburg, WI - passed away peacefully surrounded by family on Friday, November 7, 2025 at the age of 95 years. She was born in Henry, IL to the late Thomas and Marie (Harrington) Longman. She married her beloved husband, Bill, on November 12, 1966.

Marge devoted herself to raising her three children and supported her husband with the gas station business. She enjoyed extensive travel with family and friends throughout her life. She was an avid golfer and bowler and loved spending time with her grandchildren. Marge regularly volunteered in the Cedarburg community, notably with her church, St Francis Borgia, and delivered Meals On Wheels.

Marge is survived by her children: Rose (John) Poels, William (Jill) Oswald and Cathy Guckeen; grandchildren: Billy (Maggie) Oswald, Gabriella (Jerald) Fritz, Elizabeth Oswald, Samantha Guckeen, Caitlyn Poels, Megan Guckeen and Ellen Poels. Further survived by nieces, other relatives and friends.

Marge is preceded in death by her husband, Bill. Further preceded by brother, Tom (Jean) Longman and other relatives.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday, November 12, 2025, at 12 Noon, at St. Francis Borgia Catholic Church, 1375 Covered Bridge Rd., Cedarburg. Interment immediately following the service at St. Francis Catholic Cemetery. A visitation will take place on Wednesday, at the church, from 11:00 AM until the time of service.
