Gerald Gehring Obituary
June 13, 1938 - January 13, 2025
Gerald D. Gehring, 86, of Leavenworth, WA, passed away peacefully on January 13, 2025. Born June 13, 1938, in Kulm, ND. He served in the U.S. Army 1957 to 1959, and later settled in Leavenworth, where he worked 27 years as a civil engineering tech for USFS, and 11 years as a Chelan County property assessor.
In 1978, Gerry married Dee Taylor, becoming a loving husband and father to six children. An avid fisherman and skilled handyman, Gerry found joy in tinkering in his garage. Gerry was a man of faith, known for his quiet strength and care for others. He is survived by his 6 kids, 15 grandchildren, and 10 great-grandchildren.
A service will be held at the Leavenworth Fire Hall, 228 Chumstick Hwy, on February 2, at 11 a.m.
