Linda Romppel Obituary

Linda Louise Romppel
July 16, 1943 - December 4, 2024
We thought we had 20 more years...
Wife, Mother, Grandmother, Great Grandmother (G.G.) and Friend. Devoted to: Husband Bob, daughters Lisa and Angie, Sons-in-law Mark and Mike, Granddaughter Morgan and husband Kyle, Great grandchildren Griffey and Ember. Beloved by family, friends, and dogs. Incredibly selfless and generous. A loyal and devoted friend, lived life to the fullest. Loved adventuring with friends and family, especially ziplining. Created beautiful quilts and gifted many. Wonderful cook, swore like a sailor, loved jigsaw puzzles. Mechanically gifted, she could fix anything. Cared for the Emel House gardens at Scenic Beach State Park. Had beautiful blue eyes. Her love for her family was limitless. Loved Neil Young's Harvest Moon and a chilled glass of Chardonnay. The world would be a better place if more people were like Linda.
Terribly missed but loved forever.

We are so sorry for your loss.
Gary and Bob both worked at the PUD.
Kristin and Angie were friends when they were pretty young and I (Jill)
really liked Linda. Often
thought of both of you.
