Richard Lawless

1936 - 2025

Richard A. (Dick) Lawless was born in Brewster, WA on Nov. 8, 1936 to Richard B. Lawless & Wilma G. (Holt) Lawless and passed away on Nov. 7, 2025 at his home in East Wenatchee, WA surrounded by his family. He served in the U.S. Navy and was honorably discharged May 22, 1959. Dick married Dee on April 26, 1974 in Coeur d Alene, ID. Dick was a long haul trucker for most of his life, the last few years before his retirement driving for Inland Asphalt in Spokane, WA. He was a lifetime member of the NRA, American Legion, Teamsters Union, and Fraternal Order of the Eagles. Dick's siblings are Nancy Pizzatola (deceased), Gerry Lawless, Carlee Lawless, John Lawless, Carole Mooie (deceased), Donna Hadley (deceased). Dick is survived by his spouse of 51 years, Dee Lawless, his five children and one daughter preceded him in death, 12 grandkids, seven great grandkids, and his special sidekick Heidi, the German Shepard. At Dick's request there will be no services, in lieu of flowers donations can made in his name to Wenatchee Valley Humane Society. The family wishes to send a heartfelt thank you to the hospice nurses and doctors of Confluence Health.
