Howard Lowe Obituary

?Howard Ellsworth "Crazy Legs" Lowe, 83, of Sacramento, California, passed away on April 4, 2024. He was born on November 11, 1940, and was raised in Syracuse, New York. Howard was a charismatic and energetic man known for his hardworking nature. He had a passion for singing karaoke and dancing wherever he stood. A dedicated sports fan, he cheered for his favorite Bay Area teams, as well as the Sacramento Kings and Rivercats. In his career, Howard worked for Tower Records before becoming one of the oldest and most well-known stadium vendors on the West Coast. He playfully and dutifully served at various stadiums and arenas from Sacramento to the Bay Area. He is survived by his best lady friend, Phyllis, members of her family and his brother Bud, who resides in New York. Howard is preceded in death by a sister and a brother. Memorial services in honor of Howard will be held at 3240 Jefferson Blvd, West Sacramento, CA 95691, from 11 am to 3 pm on June 1st. Rest in peace, Howard. Your lively spirit and love for sports and music will be forever remembered by all who knew you and got to dance with you.
