Joe Combs Obituary

Joe Lee Combs, 70, passed away at home surrounded by family and friends. He was a native of Hazard, Kentucky. He graduated from Southern Wells High School. He worked as a plumber and retired from B&M Plumbing. His hobbies were playing the guitar and gardening. He grew some amazing tomatoes for his beloved fried green tomatoes. Joe was very proud of his Southern heritage. His parents were the late Frank Combs and Patricia Stephens. His siblings, Alice England, Marietta Stephens, Eddie Stephens, Ron Stephens, Meloney Bowers Berich, Coy Combs, Debbie Vincell, Dennie Combs, Frankie Combs (deceased), Melinda Lyold, and Sabrina Jones. His children, Crystal Combs, Colby Combs (deceased), Michael Combs, Jason Combs, Imogene Combs, Christina Hogan, and Anna Hogan (deceased). Grandchildren, Milisa Carpenter, Liana Carpenter, Michael Carpenter, Eveana Crosgrove, Joseph Combs, Lacy Villafana, Brianna Lichliedner, Malik Hogan, Josiah Hogan, Jasper Haney, and Faithlynn Nucci. Great-grandchildren, Analysia, Aleena, Athena, Asher (deceased), and Analla. Many nephews and nieces, lifetime partner and friend, Kathy Payton, special neighbor and friend, Abby Nucci, Mr. and Mrs. Ondre Stovall and Hospice Caregiver, Robin Williams.
