Joshua Cool Obituary
It is with heavy hearts and great sadness that we share the passing of Joshua Brian Cool, affectionately known as Josh, JC, and Joshy-Bear. Born August 8, 1984, in Fort Wayne, Indiana, he was the son of Ricky Cool and Tamra (Lawrence) Kuckuck, they survive.
Josh graduated from Carroll High School in 2003. He continued his education at Indiana Tech graduating in 2013, with a major in psychology and minors in sales and global leadership. Shortly after his 30th birthday, he moved to Georgia making Cumming his new home.
Joshua was an avid Notre Dame football fan who caught a lot of ribbing from his Georgia friends. He loved riding his Harley, the open air and the camaraderie of his MC friends. As a little boy he fell in love with baseball, his heroes were the likes of Willie Mayes, Derek Jeter and Mariano Rivera. He continued to play softball throughout his adult life with his team taking 1st in the class D world series in 2015.
Joshua could light up any room that he walked into with his big, beautiful smile. The only thing larger than his heart was his strong faith. He was always the first to offer an ear, a hand and a prayer. Not even a stranger would walk away from him without knowing he cared because he truly did. He made a difference in the lives he touched and always strived to help the less fortunate and others in need.
In addition to his parents, Joshua is also survived by his siblings Samantha Cool-Hesterman, Sarah (Joe Friend) Cool-Kuckuck, John Schey, Jr., Josie (Jesse Bennett) Schey, Sunny (Korben) Ruckman, Trace (Devan) Killian, and Ashley (Justin) Kuckuck- Sixt; maternal grandparents Don and Judy Lawrence; paternal grandmother Dixie Cool; aunt Amy (Lance) Dafforn; uncles Ben (Nicole) Lawrence and Kevin (Lynn) Cool; nieces and nephews Ayda, Chanan, and Nolah Hesterman, Max and Rayne Kuckuck, and Archer and Cash Bennett; godparents Jeff and Shelly Roberson; several great-aunts and uncles, cousins and friends; special friend Jessie Jackson; loyal companion of 7 years, Biggie.
He was preceded in death by his Paternal grandfather Lanny Cool and stepfather Jon Kuckuck.
