Leroy Wiesehan Obituary

Leroy Leslie Wiesehan, 90, of New Haven, passed away on Sunday, September 14, 2025, at Cedarhurst of Fort Wayne. Born in Woodburn, he was the son of the late John "Jack" and Ethel (Coomer) Wiesehan. He was a member of Christ Lutheran Church, Woodburn. He was a lifelong farmer and was a member of the board for Edgerton Grain Elevator. He also enjoyed hunting, golfing, and playing cards. He is survived by his beloved wife of 70 years, Linda; children, John (Kathy) Wiesehan, Julie Carpenter, Joyce (Michael) Moran, and Janet (Jeff) Steinbach; seven grandchildren; and nine great grandchildren. He was also preceded in death by his sister, Helen Wetli; and great grandchildren, Kevin Wiesehan and Summer Barton in 2019. Funeral service is 10 am Thursday, September 18, 2025, at Harper's Community Funeral Home, 740 St. Rd. 930 E., New Haven with visitation one hour prior. Private burial in IOOF Cemetery, New Haven.
