Lori DeBaillie Obituary
Lori Jean DeBaillie, 65, of South Whitley, Indiana passed away in her home on Friday, September 19, 2025. Born February 1, 1960, in Huntington, she was the daughter of the late William D. and Marylyn Jean (Geiger) Bolinger.
She attended Columbia City Joint High School and obtained her GED in 1978. On July 24, 1993, she married Randall DeBaillie. Lori has lived in both Whitley County and Kosciusko Counties. She worked at Blue Bell, Fiber Form, and Magnavox in Columbia City, Indiana, Stump's in South Whitley, and was self-employed with her husband at Ontyme Transport in South Whitley. While working at Magnavox for many years Lori came across two of her best friends, Janet and Vanessa. They eventually became part of our crazy family. Lori was also a member of the American Legion. Lori gave blood religiously to the American Red Cross. She gave over six gallons until she became ill herself where she could not donate any longer.
Lori loved all people, she knew no stranger. She enjoyed doing crafts, car rides in the country, sunsets and just being outside. There was really nothing she loved more than her family. We had plenty of laughs, some tears, got angry at times, but at the end of the day we were still there for one another. We lost the Rock of the family, the road dog, our Ride or Die and she will be missed by so many.
Lori is survived by her husband, Randy DeBaillie; children, Angela (William) Ray, Trinton Tuttle, Riley (Heather Kruger) DeBaillie, Missty DeBaillie, Kelli DeBaillie; grandchildren, Alexis Stanley, Gavin Stanley, Jasmine (Dillon Davis) Stanley, Destiny and Sierra Tuttle, Evan, Gracie, and Elijah DeBaillie, Brody and Paislee Rigsby, Tayler Chaffins, William (Alexis) Ray, Jr., Andrew and Jacob Ray, Rayven Morningstar, Dylan and Haley Coon; great grandchildren, Braylee and Rylee Davis, Harper Leighann, Oaklynn and Madilyn Stanley, Tucker Coon, Violet, Mila, Claire, and Laylia Ray; siblings, Lonnie (Rhonda) Bolinger, Stacy (Scott) Gagnon, Tony (Benji) Fugate, Jan Smith, and Lois (Russ) Gagnon; sister-in-law, Michelle Bolinger. Along with her parents Lori is preceded in death by her siblings, Debbie Bolinger and Danny Bolinger.
Memorial donations may be given in memory to Veterans of Foreign War and the disabled Veteran's. Also, to the homeless Americans of our country right here in the United States. Visit www.DeMoneyGrimes.com to send Lori's family online condolences or sign the online guest book.
