In Loving Memory of Patricia Ann Smith Sunrise: September 28, 1958 Sunset: August 20, 2025 Patricia Ann Smith was born in Fort Wayne, Indiana, to Barbara J. Woodson and Allen Williams Sr. She was called home to be with the Lord on August 20, 2025, surrounded by her loving family and friends. Patricia, affectionately known as Pat, was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, aunt, cousin, and friend. She dedicated her life to caring for others and treasured every moment spent with her family, especially her grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, Barbara Woodson and Allen Williams Sr.; her grandmother, Annie Lee Inge; her sister, Bonita Woodson; and her brother, Bruce Woodson. Patricia leaves to cherish her memory: her loving husband, Eugene Smith Sr.; children, Alexandria, Christopher, Eugene Jr. (Tonitra), David, Derrick (Jamika), and Brian (Kayla); 18 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren; sisters, Bridget Williams-Whitt and Kimberly Woods; brothers, Gregory Allen Williams and Allen Williams Jr.; best friend, Dawn Jordan; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Patricia's life was a testament of love, faith, and devotion. She will be deeply missed and forever remembered. To send flowers to the family, please visit our floral store.
