Hello.....First of all our thoughts and prayers are with you all(kim payne perdue and sister kelly payne jeffrey). We met Scott through Tony strait. Omg....those guys were so the kindest and oh so funny!!! We had such a great time each time we came to hartford!!! Many friends came with us that also send their prayers!!! ( chris boaz of converse,becki Henderson of elizabethtown Kentucky and Jodie Adam's cornett of kokomo) I live in wabash and my sister muncie! We are formerly from Marion. My sisters car in shop and I have appointment but so wish we could be there! We do know Paul and David! Also besides Tony knew cory( rih) and Dean meadows! We again sincerely send our deepest sympathy! Heaven sure needed a great guy with so much spirit rather it be hilarious joking or just friendliness!!!
