Theresa Mack Obituary

Theresa L. Mack, 70, of Garrett, passed away peacefully at her home on Wednesday, September 3, 2025. She was born on April 15, 1955 in Fort Wayne. Theresa was a graduate of Eastside High School and went on to earn her bachelor's degree from Ivy Tech. She dedicated much of her life to her family as a homemaker, raising her four children with love and care. She enjoyed do-it-yourself projects, crafting, and painting birdhouses. Gifted with a green thumb, she took pride in her gardens and found joy in caring for her dog, Jake. Above all, Theresa cherished the time she spent with her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. She is survived by her daughters, Lynette (Jim) Yontz of Auburn, and Diana (Todd) Treesh of Butler; sons, David Likens of Michigan Center, Michigan, and Gerald (Kelly) Likens of Auburn; eight grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and her brother, Chaney Engel of California. She was preceded in death by her parents, Homer and Catherine Wilson, and sisters, Jacqueline Burns and Deanna Scott. Private family services will be held.
