Timothy A. "Tim" Thompson, 48, of Auburn, passed away at home on Tuesday, September 9, 2025. He was born on March 4, 1977, in Fort Wayne and was a 1995 graduate of DeKalb High School. Family was the center of Tim's world, especially his son Josiah and the time he spent with his beloved nieces and nephews. I had the pleasure of working with Tim for 7 years. He was always happy to lend a helping hand if needed or was just a great friend, always ready to make us laugh with his wonderful sense of humor. I thought his voice sounded a lot like Winnie the Pooh, perhaps because Tim was like a big Teddy bear. He will be missed by so many.

Tim was an amazing and great coworker. It was a pleasure working with him for the 7 years I have been here. Always willing to talk and always a fun story to tell. He will be severely missed. My condolences to all of his friends and family.
