Anna Fleming Obituary
Anna Mae Fleming, 89, of Laureldale, entered into the presence of her Savior, Jesus, on Saturday, July 19, 2025, at her residence, surrounded by her loving family.
Born October 16, 1935, she was the daughter of the late John G. Good and Anna (Hurst) Good.
Anna worked as a cabinet stainer for Adelphi Kitchens in Robesonia for decades and fully retired at age 78.
She was a quiet woman who chose her words wisely to lovingly share God's truth. She loved playing card games and, with glee, won her fair share. Her joy was her grandchildren, and she was known as Grammom, Oma, and GG. She prayed faithfully and supported them in every way she could.
She brought peace to others, a reflection of the peace God placed in her- "You will keep in perfect peace those whose minds are steadfast, because they trust in you" (Isaiah 26:3).
Anna humbly made her place in the background, where her actions gently spoke volumes as she encouraged, lifted-up, and supported others. She was a true example of Ephesians 4:2: "Be completely humble and gentle; be patient, bearing with one another in love." She cherished every family reunion-treasuring each story, playing games, and sharing a "Good" laugh. She valued each friend and loved going places and traveling. At the age of 81, Anna even relished jumping out of an airplane at 11,000 feet!
Anna lived out her faith both at home and far away. She supported many missions, with a great desire for the Good News of Jesus to be proclaimed, and she participated in several mission trips as well.
She will be greatly missed here on earth, but she will live forever in Heaven because she knew Jesus as her Lord and Savior.
She is survived by two children: James Fleming, husband of Sheron (Zurat), of Mohrsville, PA, and Tammy (Fleming) Hahn, wife of David, of Reading.
Anna is also survived by nine grandchildren: Ezekial Fleming; Alexis (Hahn) Graboskie, wife of Darren; Timothy Hahn; Christopher Hadden, husband of Brittany; Diane (Hadden) Kharbanda, wife of Gurmeet; Tyler Hahn; Jennifer Hadden; Savannah (Hahn) Kulig, wife of Kenneth; and Laura Hadden.
There are six great-grandchildren surviving: Cloey Fleming; Matthew Fleming; Owen Hadden; Parker Hadden; Natalie Hadden; and Dallas Kharbanda.
Also surviving are seven siblings: Helen (Good) Kaucher, wife of David; Esther (Good) Hodgkins, wife of James; Robert Good, husband of Mabel; Frieda (Good) Reiter, wife of Wayne; John Good, husband of Marilyn; Richard Good, husband of Sharon; and Patricia Good, wife of Thomas Beckett (deceased).
Anna was predeceased by three siblings: Alvin Good, Mildred (Good) Forney, and Joyce Good, as well as one great-grandson, Quinton Hadden.
