Barbara Sutch Obituary

Barbara Sutch, 86, of Mosser Nursing Home and formerly of Allentown, passed away peacefully on April 14th. Born in Allentown, she was the beloved daughter of the late George and Anna (Fischel) Callaro. A devoted homemaker, Barbara poured her heart into raising her three daughters, whom she cherished beyond measure. Her greatest joy was her family, and she embraced motherhood with unconditional love, strength, and grace. Barbara found peace and purpose in the simple beauty of life. She spent countless hours tending to her garden, surrounded by nature at her home. Her dry sense of humor, and sharp sarcasm brought smiles and laughter to all who knew her, and her comedic side lit up our family gatherings. Holidays were her favorite-she made them magical, ensuring every detail, from the food to the decorations, was just right. Though our hearts are broken, we are grateful for the many years of memories she gave us, full of love, laughter, and the kind of warmth only a mother and grandmother can provide. Her spirit, humor, and unwavering love will forever live in our hearts. She is survived by her daughters Michelle Severo and husband Daniel Severo, Pamela Sutch, and Christina Alvarado and husband Ray Alvarado and grandchildren Angelo, Maria, Kiana, and Ciara, along with extended family and friends who loved her dearly. Private services will be held. Arrangements are entrusted to Nicos C. Elias Funeral Home, Allentown.
