Barry Tierney Obituary

Barry J. Tierney, 72 of Barnesville, PA., passed away on September 26, 2025, at Greenwood Center of Nursing & Rehab, Tamaqua, PA. He was the husband of Sherry A. (McKenzie) Tierney for 34 years. Born in Allentown, PA, he was the son of the late Patrick John Tierney, Jr and the late Bertha Mae (Everett) Tierney. Barry had worked for UGI as a Heating and Air Conditioning Repair Specialist for over 35 years until he retired in 2015. Surviving in addition to his wife are two sons, Daniel J. Kuzma (Becky Moss), Barnesville, PA, Patrick J. Tierney (Molly Stone), St. Clair., PA; one daughter, Regina Kuzma (George Graham), Willoughby Hills, OH; 4 Grandchildren; 4 Great Grandchildren. A celebration of life service will be held at the Convenience of the family.
