Billie Jo Shiner, 51, of Moore Twp., passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, July 6, 2025 at her home. She was the wife of the late James Shiner to whom she was married to for 19 years before his passing in 2011. Born in Stroudsburg, Billie was a daughter of Nancy Shafer (Shafer) of Bath and the late William Crotsley.
As the dedicated owner and operator of Dust-R-US, Billie made her mark in the cleaning industry, known for her hard work and attention to detail. In addition to her endeavors as a business owner, she served as a stocker at Dollar General in Nazareth, where her cheerful disposition brought joy to both colleagues and customers alike.
Billie had a deep love for life. In her early years, she cherished trips to the beach, delighting in the sun and sand. A proud pet parent, she found immense joy in walking her beloved chihuahua, and she had an affinity for long, heartfelt conversations on the phone with those she cared about.
In addition to her mother, Billie will be remembered by her sisters: Mary Huber (Robert ) of East Allen Twp. and Beatrice Burgess, of Nicholson, PA; nephew: Michael; nieces: Jessica and Rebecca; great-niece and nephew : Bree & James. Billie is predeceased by a nephew: Corey James.
