Brian Dries Obituary

Brian Dries, 63, of South Whitehall Township, passed away peacefully at his home on Wednesday April 9, 2025 with his loving wife, Denise Dries, by his side. Born on September 16, 1961 in Allentown, Brian was the son of the late Donald and Nancy Dries. He graduated from Emmaus High School in 1979 and later earned an Associate's Degree from Lehigh Carbon Community College. He proudly served in the Air Force. Brian enjoyed working on cars and trucks, cycling, doing projects around the house, and traveling to Europe. He was a certified master diesel technician at TransEdge Truck Centers in Allentown for many years. Brian leaves behind his wife Denise, his son Michael, daughter-in-law Hilary, step-children, grandchildren Kendrick, Gideon, Henry, Jane, Dmitri and Alina, sister Peggy, brother-in-law Earl and nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his brother Michael. Services will be held at Schantz Funeral Home, P.C., 250 Main St, Emmaus on Saturday April 26, 2025. Visitation will begin at 10:00am followed by a service at 11:00am. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made in Brian's memory to the American Cancer Society. Brian, you have made your final flight into the wild blue yonder´s. You are now relieved from your post. A job well done fellow veteran.
