Carol Brue Obituary

Carol Ann Brue, 68, a lifetime resident of Stroud Township, passed away Saturday evening, May 17, 2025, at home. She was the wife of Raymond J. Brue, Sr. with whom she shared 47 years of marriage. Born on August 7, 1956 in East Stroudsburg, she was a daughter of the late Ronald T. and Anna (Miller) Morton. In addition to her husband, she is survived by a son, Raymond J. Brue, Jr. of Brodheadsville; two grandchildren, Allie and Jacob Brue of Brodheadsville; three siblings, Lewis A. Morton (Kathy) of Saylorsburg, Melissa Morton (Jimmy) of Portland and Elizabeth Morton (David) of Stroudsburg; and nieces and nephews. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, May 22nd, at 11:00am at Stroudsburg Cemetery with Rev. Beth Utley officiating. There will be no viewing. William H. Clark Funeral Home, Inc.
