Caroline Plucinsky Obituary

Caroline Eleanor Plucinsky, 99 of Burke, Virginia, passed away peacefully at her home on Monday, August 4, 2025. Born January 7, 1926, she was the daughter of the late Walter Gancaz and the late Anna (Winglovitz) Gancaz. She was the wife of the late Lt. Col. Paul J. Plucinsky who passed away on October 3, 1997. Caroline was a homemaker all her life caring for her family. She was of the Catholic faith. She is survived by her three sons, She was predeceased by her son, Mark C. Plucinsky in February 2025. A private graveside service will be held at the convenience of the family in Assumption B.V.M. R.C. Church Cemetery, Northampton, PA. Schisler Funeral Home, 2119 Washington Avenue, Northampton, PA 18067 has been entrusted with her care and services. Online condolences may be offered to the family at www.schislerfuneralhomes.com
