Catherine L. Mulhollem, 78, of Danielsville, passed away peacefully while surrounded by her loving family on Tuesday, May 13, 2025 at Lehigh Valley Hospital - Muhlenberg in Bethlehem. She was the beloved wife of John J. Mulhollem to whom she was married 55 years.
Born in Fountian Hill, Catherine was the daughter of the late Joseph and Agnes (Slahta) Sefranek.
Catherine found joy in the simple pleasures that life had to offer. She cherished her time spent in the garden, where she lovingly tended to her strawberries, a testament to her nurturing nature. Additionally, she cherished time spent at the beach, where the sun, sea, and sand brought her much happiness.
Along with her husband John, Catherine will be dearly missed by her sons, Craig Mulhollem of Parryville, Brian Mulhollem (Jessica) of Carlisle; brothers, John Sefranek, Robert Sefranek; sisters, Christina Spraut (Barry), Philomena Sefranek as well as many nieces, nephews and extended family members.
A Funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, May 21, 2025, at 11:30am in St. Nicholas Catholic Church, 1152 Oak Rd, Walnutport, PA 18088. A viewing will take place for friends and relatives from 10:00am until 11:15am in the church. Interment will follow at Holy Saviour Cemetery in Bethlehem. I was very sorry to hear of Cathy´s passing. She and I enjoyed the swim classes at the Nazareth YMCA. We had many great conversations and she was familiar with parts of the west where I lived part time. I think of her often and she will be missed. Kathleen Fedro

Cathy will always be remembered fondly at our YMCA,many talks in the locker room,going in or out of the pool,always had a lot of fun in our exercise classes,we will miss her very much! Sending love,light and prayers to her family and friends
