Dolores K. Schaffer

Dolores K. "Dee" Schaffer, 75 of Bethlehem, PA, passed away peacefully on Saturday, July 5, 2025, at Lehigh Valley Hospital - Muhlenberg Campus in Bethlehem, PA. Born March 19, 1950, in Allentown, PA, she was the daughter of the late Stephen J. Mulicka and the late Kathryn (Rega) Mulicka. She was the wife of Larry R. Schaffer with whom she shared 42 years of marriage this March 27, 2025. Dolores was a 1968 graduate of Central Catholic High School who pursued a career as a beautician graduating from Empire Beauty School, Allentown and then opening and operating Dee's Beauty Salon first in Allentown, then moving to Whitehall, PA for a total of 25 years until retiring in 1994. Dolores was a long-time member and volunteered many hours to Jerusalem Evangelical Lutheran Church of Eastern Salisbury, Allentown, including her Banner "The Seasons of the Church". She was a member of Order of the Eastern Star, New Temple, Allentown, PA and a member of White Shrine, Allentown. She also volunteered her time at both, Salisbury and Bethlehem School Districts to benefit the children. Surviving along with her husband Larry R., son, Larry J. Schaffer of Bethlehem, PA, brother, Richard S. Mulicka, Sr. of Allentown, PA, brother, Stephen Mulicka and wife Nadine of Lansdale, PA, stepbrother Paul Stavnicky and wife Kathleen of Danielsville, PA, niece, Lindsey Mulicka, and nephew, Richard S. Mulicka, Jr. She was predeceased by sister-in-law Linda Mulicka. Funeral Services will be private and at the convenience of the family.
