Domingo was a member of St. Matthew's Parish in East Stroudsburg. He enjoyed fixing things and was always keeping himself busy with projects at home or in his yard. He appreciated time with his family. Along with his wife, he is survived by his children: Evelyn Santos, Erlin Santos-Dixon, Joe Ortiz and his fiancé, Maria; grandchildren: Isaiah, Elly, Eva, CJ, Edward IV, Christian, and Eisa.
