I have known Gene since I moved to Monocacy Street at the age of 13 (perhaps 1956). Gene and Sandy were not married as of that day. Gene helped us remodel a bedroom for our firstborn and did a great job. I pray for Sandy, Eric and Mike and their extended family during this difficult time. It's never easy to lose a husband or a father. May you all be comforted knowing that he is no longer suffering and is in the hands of our Lord forever. Peace be with you. Eugene, you are now relieved from your post. A job well done fellow veteran. America thanks you for your service to our country in the defense of freedom. The final volley has sounded and taps is about to begin, ending a successful career as a nation´s defender. Farewell fellow veteran.
