Gilberto Cajamarca, 65, of Allentown, formerly of New York, passed away at home, surrounded by his loving family on Wednesday, October 1, 2025. He was the husband of Maria O. (Zumba) Cajamarca. Born in Deleg, Ecuador, he was the son of the late Benedicto Yauri and Maria "Leticia" Cajamarca. He was a member of St. Paul's Catholic Church in Allentown. Gilberto was a waiter by trade, working in Fine Dining Italian Restaurants in New York and the Lehigh Valley. He enjoyed soccer and playing poker and volleyball. Survivors: Wife; Daughters, Dana L. Cajamarca and her domestic partner, Jasmarina, Monica M. Cajamarca and her partner, Ramon Rivera, and Ivana M. Singleton and her husband, Jamal; Grandchildren, Gelina J. Cajamarca, Julianna A. Singleton, Valentina M. Rivera, Isabella O. Singleton and Katalina Singleton; a Brother; and 2 Sisters. Services: A viewing will be held on Friday, October 3, 2025, from 6 to 9 p.m. at Bachman, Kulik & Reinsmith Funeral Home, 17th & Hamilton Streets, Allentown, followed by a Service at 11 a.m. on Saturday in the funeral home. www.BKRFH.com
