Harry Still Obituary

Harry E Still Sr., 84, of Dublin, PA, formerly of Phillipsburg, NJ passed away on Tuesday, February 18, 2025 at Brookdale Dublin. Harry was born in Springtown, NJ on May 13, 1940 to the late Wilbur Raymond Still and Catherine Krewson Still. Harry was a hard worker all of his life. Starting at the age of 10, he helped his Grandfather and Uncle with roofing. Later in life, he worked for Mac Printing Company of Wilson Boro., PA, Bethlehem Steele and had his own business. Most recently, prior to retirement, Harry was employed in the Building Maintenance Department at Flexicon Corp of Bethlehem, PA. He proudly served his country in the United States Army during the Vietnam Era and was a member of Bernardine-May American Legion Post #457. Harry was an accomplished woodworker and carpenter and was always busy fixing things and problem solving. He was also a member of the Fraternal Order of the Fleas; Easton, PA. Harry is survived by Children, Arthur Sherwood Snow, Michael Timothy Snow, Sr., Cherie Mortis and Harry E. Still, Jr.; Grandchildren, Michael Snow Jr., Melissa Margaret Corcoran, Nicole Marie Snow, Michelle Mortis, and Michael Martin Mortis, Jr.; Great-Grandchildren, Nicholas and Xander Snow, Oliver Hoch, Connor Corcoran and Ryker C. Mortis; and Sister-in-Law, Michelle Still. Harry was predeceased by his Wife of 52 years, Viola Jane Snyder Still and Brothers, Wilbur and Daniel Still. A Visitation for the Family and Friends of Harry will be held on Friday, February 21, 2025 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Rupell Funeral Home, LLC; 465 Memorial Pkwy; Phillipsburg, NJ 08865. A Funeral Service will take place on Saturday, February 22, 2025 at 11:00am at the Funeral Home. Interment will be in St. James Lutheran Cemetery; Greenwich Township, NJ To send flowers to the family or plant a tree in memory of Harry, please visit our floral store.

Harry, you area now relieved from your post. A job well done fellow Vietnam Veteran. The final battle is now over and peace has been restored. America thanks you for your service to our country in the defense of freedom. The final volley has sounded and taps is about to sound ending a successful career as a nation“s defender. Farewell fellow veteran.
