Helen R. Walker

Helen R. (Rizzo) Walker, 96, wife of the late Thomas W. Walker, passed away on Wednesday, February 26, 2025 at Elm Terrace Gardens. Born in Philadelphia, she was the daughter of the late Pietro and Maria (Possedentte) Rizzo. Helen was a member of Saint Jude Church in Chalfont. She worked for the former Datamatic Systems in Souderton for over 20 years, where she enjoyed dancing and socializing with her friends. She was a member of the Saint Jude and Doylestown Seniors groups for many years. Helen will be remembered by family, friends, and acquaintances as a caring, strong, and giving person with a heart of gold. Surviving are her children, daughter Karen M. Walker and son Thomas P. Walker; and her 3 grandchildren, Hope, Greyson and Broderick Walker and many nieces and nephews. She has joined in heaven those predeceased, including her husband Thomas (who called her Lenna) all her siblings, Frank Rizzo, Dominick Rizzo, Michael Rizzo, Florence Rizzo, Gloria Rizzo, Antoinette DiMaria, Rae Barrella, Rose Miller, Virginia Migliore, and her little angel granddaughter, Madalynne Marie Walker. Helen, you have been a loving, warm and wonderful soul, and we are all better for having known you. You will be missed, we love you, may God bless you, thank you! Visitation will be Friday, March 7, 2025 from 10:00AM to 10:45AM at St. Jude Church and Shrine, 321 W Butler Ave, Chalfont, PA with a Funeral Mass to be celebrated at 11:00AM Burial will follow at St. John Neumann Cemetery, Chalfont.
