Hyla Person Obituary

Hyla Librea Person, born in Lansing, MI to Robert and Fanny Person on October 12, 1972, died suddenly Sunday morning, July 13th, 2025 in her house. She left behind a faithful and loving partner of 10 years, Christian John Cadwalader. Hyla Librea was the most upbeat person I ever met and would literally fill a room with happiness with her smile. She tended to look on the bright side of life and she walked the walk. Her interests were music, dance, travel and especially poetry, more specifically, spoken word. Hyla had a lot of family both by blood and spirit. Hyla's siblings are Robert Person (deceased), Sandra (deceased), Pam Fisher, May Pike, Amy Randlalph (deceased) & Mary Pike (Deceased). Hyla left behind five beautiful children named Justin, Dorthea Page and husband Breon Page, Grandson Breaon Page Jr (Deuce), Enrique, Thomas and Cornelius James (CJ). She also had a host of nieces and nephews. Step children included Christian Jr, Allison and Rachel Cadwalader. To send flowers to the family or plant a tree in memory of Hyla L.
