Jane L. Marx

Jane L. Marx, 60, of South Whitehall Township, passed away on July 23, 2025. She was the loving wife of Kevin C. Marx. They would have been married for 39 years on August 16, 2025. Jane worked in the produce department at Weis Markets, Allentown until retiring. Prior to that she worked for the Parkland School District and was a stay-at-home Mom and Nana. Born in Allentown, she was the daughter of the late Samuel L. Hower and Alma L. (Kratzer) Hower. Jane was a loving person to all she met. She was a mom of two, but a second mother to many. Whether it was the annual family luau parties or holiday get-togethers; Jane always enjoyed spending time with friends and family. Survivors: Husband Kevin C. Marx, Son: Troy S. Marx and his wife Michele L. of Allentown, Daughter: Gillian L. Bowers (Marx) wife of Jeffrey A. Bowers of Northampton, Sister: Sharon, wife of Roland Harrier of Upper Macungie Township, Brother: Larry Hower of Elysburg, PA and Grandchildren: Penelope S. Bowers and Asher G. Marx. Services will be private at the convenience of the family.
