Jeanne K. Cadwallader

Jeanne (Kulp) Cadwallader, 90, of Souderton, PA-formerly of Lansdale, PA and Hudson, OH-went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, September 17, 2025, at Grand View Hospital. She was the beloved wife of the late James W. Cadwallader, with whom she shared 57 wonderful years of marriage. Born in Lansdale, PA, Jeanne was the daughter of the late Harold L. Kulp and the late Laura (Henning) Kulp. She graduated from Lansdale High School in 1952 and went on to earn her nursing degree from the Grand View School of Nursing in 1955. Jeanne dedicated much of her life to caring for others. She worked as a registered nurse at Grand View Hospital in Sellersville for 10 years, and later at the former North Penn Hospital in Lansdale. She also served as church secretary at Hilltown Baptist Church in Perkasie and later worked as a bank teller at Univest in Line Lexington. A devoted member of Calvary Church, Jeanne was known for her compassionate heart, warm personality, and ability to listen deeply. She was an avid reader, especially of Christian biographies and fiction, and she loved cooking and traveling extensively with her husband. Jeanne is survived by her daughter, Wendy J. Copeland and husband, Mark of Dillsburg, PA; her son, James K. Cadwallader of Souderton, PA; three grandchildren: Jeremy Cadwallader and wife, Lauryn of Cuyahoga Falls, OH, Adam J. Cadwallader and wife, Molly of Barberton, OH, and Brittany A. Cadwallader of Kent, OH; as well as seven great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her sister, Karen Nase of Souderton, PA. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, James; and her sister, Beatrice Nyce. A visitation will be held on Saturday, October 4, 2025, from 10:15 AM – 11:00 AM at Calvary Church, 820 Route 113, Souderton, PA 18964, followed by a memorial service at 11:00 AM. A private burial will take place at Calvary Church Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Calvary Church Benevolent Fund, 820 Route 113, Souderton, PA 18964.
