Jeannette E. Rinehimer

Jeannette E. Rinehimer, age 86 of Effort, PA passed away with her loving family at her side on Sunday, August 3, 2025, at her home. Jeannette was the loving wife of the late William E. Rinehimer Jr. who preceded her in death on December 1, 2024. She was born in Chester, PA on January 11, 1939, daughter of the late Leo and Hazel (Phillips) Cummiskey. We have been blessed with the presence of Jeannette in our lives. She will be deeply missed by her children: Kathy Ziegenfus and husband Joe of Bronson, FL and William E. Rinehimer III and wife Jeannette of Canton, MI. She was the loving grandmother to her granddaughters: Sarah Elabhar, Stephanie Elabhar, Hannah Rinehimer and her great grandsons: Brantley Bell and Kyrie Gurrick who lovingly called her Nanny. She is also survived by a sister: Hazel Neary of Linwood, PA, a brother: Richard Cummiskey of Marcus Hook, PA, and a nephew: Michael Neary and wife Samantha. As a mother, nanny, sister and friend she leaves behind a legacy of love, of time well spent, of stories shared, laughter over the smallest things and the bonds of a loving family. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her. In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a brother: Walter Cummiskey. A Memorial service will be held 11 am, Saturday, October 18, 2025 at Gower Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc., 1426 Route 209, Gilbert, PA 18331. from 10 am until time of service at the funeral home.
