Obituary of Joseph Leahy Joseph Leahy Joseph Leahy, 75, of Conshohocken, PA passed away. He was born in Philadelphia, Pa on January 27, 1950, the son of the late John and the late Edith (Daily) Leahy. Joe has lived in Conshohocken for over 30 years, formerly of Norristown and he was born and raised in Manayunk. He was a member of St. Matthew's RC Church of Conshohocken, Pa. Joe was an avid car show fan, he enjoyed showing his 1955 Bel Air. He worked as a Self Employed Truck Driver. He was the husband of Maryann ( Koziol ) Leahy. Survivors include Wife Maryann Leahy of Conshohocken, Son Thomas ( Danielle ) Leahy of Plymouth Meeting, Daughter Michelle Birk of Quakertown, Step Daughter Theresa (Brent) Cooper of Plymouth Meeting, Step Son Michael F. Vermuth of Lancaster, Brother James Leahy of Trooper, also survived by his Grandchildren Luke, Matthew, Daniel, Mandy, Jenna and Jack. Along with his parents he was preceded in death by a brother John Leahy. His service and interment will be private. Maryann, So sorry to hear of Joe´s passing, Denise and I met you guys through the American Legion Post in Ocean City NJ. Again our thoughts and prayers are with you at this sad time.....

Maryann, we are so sorry and sad to hear of Joe's passing. We feel lucky to have known him and you as our next door neighbors these last 5 years at Oak Ridge, and also as our friends. We will never forget him and the good times we shared. Maryann, we are praying that the Lord gives you both strength and peace in the days ahead.
