Kenneth Weber Obituary

Kenneth M. Weber, 66, of Saylorsburg, passed away Wednesday, September 24, 2025, at LVHN Muhlenberg Hospital after a short but intense battle with pancreatic cancer. Kenny, to those who loved him, was born to Leon and Elaine Weber on July 15, 1959 in Hollis, NY. He lived in Deer Park, NY, for the first half of his life. He graduated from Deer Park High School in 1977 and worked faithfully at the local grocery store for many years. Kenny was a life-long bowler. He continued participating in local bowling leagues for his entire adult life where he made many friends and then tested those friendships with regular post-game karaoke. Kenny was also an avid reader. He had a large collection of books by authors like Dean Koontz and Stephen King. He was also a man of hidden talents. Friends who met him in his later life would be surprised to know that he was skilled at riding a unicycle, doing headstands, and could beat almost anyone at limbo. Unsurprisingly to those who knew him, Kenny was the proudest of his family. He married Cynthia Romps on August 4, 1985. Together they had 5 daughters while still living in Deer Park. In August of 1999, Kenny and Cindy achieved their dream of building and moving into a new home in Saylorsburg, PA, and shortly thereafter he acquired his CDL and continued to support his family as a truck driver. Kenny was preceded in death by Cindy's parents, William and Dorothy Romps of Copiague, NY who loved him dearly, and by his two closest friends Joe and Cindy Lee Giammarino, of Deer Park, NY. Kenny is survived his wife Cindy; daughter, Amanda and her husband Richard Sullivan with their four children, Shannon, Amelia, Alexandra, and Madeline; daughter Kerry and her husband John Cox with their two children Emma and Tessa; daughter Erin Weber and her partner Anthony Herrmann; daughter Kelly and her husband John Jenkins; and daughter Samantha Weber; as well as many members of his extended family and friends that he made in all corners of his life. A visitation will be held on Saturday, October 4, 2025, from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Kresge Funeral Home, 1763 Route 209, Brodheadsville. Memorial services will follow at 2:00 PM with Rev. David Felker officiating. In lieu of flowers, please consider making a donation in Kenny's name to the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network at PanCAN (Pancreatic Cancer Action Network).org. www.kresgefuneralhome.com
